Qualifications and Therapy Specialties

I hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW #L11303) in the state of Oregon with a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and Bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of Oregon.

I am a Level 1 Internal Family Systems therapist trained with the IFS Institute and have served as a program assistant for other level one trainings. I am ongoing IFS consultation. I have completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and also spent several years receiving instruction in formal Zen meditation.

I am open to working with all types of issues as long as there is a mutual sense of goodness of fit. I have expertise with the following issues: anxiety, depression, trauma and childhood neglect, teens and late adolescence transitions, bipolar disorder, religion and spirituality, existential angst, relationship communication, fertility and family planning.
