Welcome! My name is Leah Riedlinger and I am a licensed clinical social worker serving clients in Lane County, Oregon. I offer mental health therapy services for individuals and families both in-person and via telehealth.

I view mental health from the contexts of healing and insight. Healing brings our hearts greater ease and insight helps us to understand ourselves and to make better decisions as we navigate our lives. Therapy can be helpful during crises or to help resolve specific challenges as well as during periods of a person’s lifelong journey of growth. I work primarily with the modality called Internal Family Systems (IFS) but am also trained in other modalities that are more appropriate for some clients.
