I want my clients to have the experience of feeling well-understood, being respected as an equal, and receiving impactful, evidence-based guidance. I am honest and straightforward and commit to showing up fully-present with my clients. I view people within the larger context of interconnectedness and I have deep faith in the significance and importance of every human life. 

About Me

I am a heartfelt person with a passion for inquiry into the experience of being alive. Previous versions of myself would be amazed at who I am today. I have a deep reverence for the parts of myself that I used to be really stuck in and consider working on myself to be a constant. Right now I am honored to be in the seat of therapist but I feel keenly aware that this particular positionality, like all circumstances of mind and environment, is tentative.
